SME Packages eligibility
Your project may be eligible to explore the SME Packages route. AI Visibility Studio can define its own service scope and quote; official eligibility, procedure and MyGuichet.lu checklist questions are handled by the official programme contacts.
Pre-analysis

The company first contacts House of Entrepreneurship, or eHandwierk at Chambre des Métiers for craft businesses, for a pre-analysis of its current digital situation and priority actions.
Scope

The company chooses the package and service provider that best meets its expectations. Together, the company and provider define a quote between EUR 3,000 and EUR 25,000 excluding VAT.
Application

The financial-aid application is completed by a House of Entrepreneurship adviser, or by an eHandwierk adviser for craft businesses. The Ministry of the Economy analyses and decides on the application.
Implementation
04
The service provider implements the digital solution according to the chosen package once the official route has confirmed the project can proceed.
Assessment

After the provider has finished the support, an evaluation meeting reviews satisfaction and savings made. The file is then considered closed.
Voucher
06
The company pays the final invoice to the provider. The Ministry of the Economy then provides financial assistance of 70% of eligible costs.
